Kate has over 14 years experience of working in careers guidance and has worked in a range of settings with young people including schools and colleges and community based settings. She has experience of providing IAG to a range of different learners from entry level up to Level 3. Her particular specialism is careers guidance for young people with SEN in both mainstream and specialist settings and in particular working with Deaf young people and also those with Communication difficulties and Autism. She uses an inclusive communication approach in my careers work and also has achieved BSL qualifications at Levels 1 & 2.
