Carl is an independent qualified adviser who practices client-centred and holistic approaches to career development. With a breadth of experience supporting and coaching young people on a 1 to 1 basis, Carl specialises in delivering group work to both mainstream and SEND cohorts. He also holds a level 3 training qualification and has planned and facilitated numerous training courses and study programmes for both adults and young people. In his free time.
