Newman College is the very successful and growing sixth form of Cardinal Newman Catholic School with currently has over 600 students on roll studying a wide range of Level 3 A-level and BTEC courses.

As such, we offer a comprehensive programme of academic and personal support which includes individual and group mentoring with 1-2-1 reviews to help students reflect, challenge, progress and succeed and a full programme of study skills and progression resources for Higher Education or apprenticeships.

Our excellent pastoral care structure allows us to get to know each student as a unique individual with opportunities support, challenge and congratulate and support them with their future aspirations.

Outside of the classroom we pride ourselves on our successful sporting academies, enrichment visits and trips and our wide range of extra- and super-curricular opportunities.

Transport information

Easy to access from local transport system including buses and trains. Brighton station, Hove station and Preston Park station are all within walking distance.
