Miranda has 15 years experience delivering careers guidance and education solutions to young people and education institutes and working with local employers. Miranda's mission is to support people to find purpose and meaning in their working life. Miranda holds the Qualification in Careers Guidance, a degree in Psychology, a Morrisby Psychometric Test administrator and is on the Career Development Institute's Professional Register. She loves food, music and her miniature dachshund! Miranda leads a network of professional careers advisors working across the region.
Rebecca has over 15 years Global recruitment experience working across a variety of industry sectors from entry level, graduate, apprentice roles through to Director level appointments. Through her work in the care system and her work with graduates, apprentices and school leavers Rebecca recognises the importance of supporting young people as they transition into the world of employment (something she strongly believes should be accessible to all). Rebecca has a post graduate in psychology and is currently studying towards her CIPD qualifications. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and crafting.
As a qualified therapist of 9 years in Integrated Hypnotherapy, coaching, NLP & CBT (Advanced Diplomas), Leila focusses on the mental health and well-being of the individual she is working with and adopts a person-centred approach; placing emphasis on creating a coaching environment that is non-judgemental and supportive. She is passionate about working alongside young people and adults to coach them through any individual challenges they may face, in order to access new choices, form clarity and help create a tool kit of resources for future use. Leila is married with two children and loves writing poetry and children’s books based around mental health and looking after your mind!
